This wedding deserves a special category on our blog, a dozen or more posts, and multiple pages filled with stories.
Yes, it was that super good, and it took a special place in my heart :)
We spent 3 wonderful days in Long Island, NY with talented Frank DiMeo (whom we can't thank enough for this absolutely incredible opportunity) and Erich Camping shooting a wedding that simply blew our minds...We dove into the glorious world of Indian rituals, their totally incredible festivities, bright miraculous dresses, superb food and music...ohh, that music...it's been several days since we got back, but I can't stop thinking about Anita, Chirag, their awesome families, totally cool friends and the brilliance of this whole event. What an experience it was for us! I know it will take me a while to take control over myself, as I am still so full of emotions...I'm amazed, fascinated, culturally shocked :)

New Jersey: Partying Boston Style
We just got back from Nutley, NJ where we spent an absolutely amazing weekend with Alex and Polina - our dearest friends, newlyweds and also brand new home owners! We came to celebrate Alex's 30th B'day (OMG, already!?) and to have a housewarming bash, because 2 weeks ago they moved in to this wonderful new place...ohh, I can't rave enough about it! Their back yard totally stole my heart, the tranquility and peace of the surroundings made us want to stay there forever...It's just never that quiet where we are :)
We spent the whole evening at The Manor - one of the most elegant and breathtaking places I've ever been to. We all were blown away by the beauty of their gardens and by the size of the mansion (don't ask me how many times we got lost inside, it is humongous!) Herbs and vegetables come from their own grounds, as well as fresh flowers; pure mountain water comes from their own well, bread and pastries come from their own bakery...Superb service, luxury food and utter shock by their interior decor are guaranteed, trust me :) In one word it is a real landmark, something entirely incredible. To all our future brides&grooms and friends photogs - this place is truly a "must visit" location. A wedding here will be a dream come true!
Breakfast of the champions the morning after :)

Our Little Not So-Cooperative Model
DiDi and I always spend plenty of time outdoors, especially now, since it gets nicer and nicer every day. We leave early in the morning and come back late in the afternoon. We are having so much fun together wherever our daily routine takes us, be it grocery shopping, playground or a play date with her friends...Once in a while I bring my camera with intentions to capture some images for DiDi's grandparents and to catch some cool moments which Tony is missing out on throughout the day...and I have to tell you, it gets harder and harder, our little lady refuses to pose or even to look in the camera! As soon as she sees me with it, she starts running :)
if I'm lucky, I get a shot like this
If you ask nicely enough this little girl will strike a pose (this is her signature pose, i have no idea where she learned it)

LiFe.LoVe.Jesh De Rox!
I don't even know where to start, as I've got a boundless ocean of thoughts and fireworks of emotions.
I've been deeply moved, and I'll never be the same :)
Same goes for Tony, and I'm so glad that our unconditional love for life, for people, and for each other brought us to where we are now. Our mutual passion for what we do (photography) always keeps us on the same page. We are simply "shadows" of each other as we go through every single experience together, and we always... Ok, closer to the point :) Several days ago we had an absolutely incredible opportunity not only to be able to meet many wonderful photographers from different parts of the country, but also to model for 1 day for the coolest workshop ever - for life (as an art form) AN EXPERIENTIAL WORKSHOP by Jesh De Rox. Many-many thanks to our dear friend Brittany Blando for being a super hostess, for thinking and inviting us; we truly-truly appreciate it.
The words are not enough to describe the emotional experience we've got and an overall impact that this workshop had on us.I've been deeply moved, and I'll never be the same :)

It was a whirlwind of something absolutely mystical and tremendously intimate...:) And we were there only for 1 day!
Tamara Lackey, a very gifted and exceptional photographer from North Carolina was a guest speaker and our shooter as well :)
Make sure to check her work, it is fabulous! I'm still all lost in my thoughts, so I leave you with these stunningly touching images by Tamara.

P.S. To each and everyone: it was such a pleasure meeting all of you, guys! Jesh, Tamara, Brittany, thank you one more time for letting us be a part of your day, for letting us stay after the shoot, for dinner and simply for being so super!
